Itinerary:
Day 1 Arrive at Paro. Received by our Bhutan representative and transfer to the hotel. An orientation talk in the evening. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 2 Sightseeing of the Paro valley. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 3 Morning excursion to Taktshang Monastery. Evening drive to Thimphu. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 4 Thimphu valley sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5 Thimphu to Genekha, 14 km trail, alt. 2800m (Trek begins)
Day 6 Genekha to Gur, 5 km trail, alt. 3350m
Day 7 Gur to Labatama, 12 km trail, alt. 4300m
Day 8 Labatama to Panka, 8 km trail, alt. 4000m
Day 9 Panka to Talakha, 8 km trail, alt. 3080m
Day10 Talakha to Simtokha, 3 km trail, alt. 2320m (Trek ends)
Drive to Thimphu for lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 11 Cultural program in the morning. Afternoon drive to Paro. On route visit Simtokha Dzong. Farewell dinner and overnight at Hotel.
Day 12 Departure - our representative will help you complete the check in formalities and bid you farewell.
