Highlights
This is your chance to  trek to the base of Bhutan’s highest mountain and unclimbed peak of Gangkar Puensum. Starting from Bumthng, the trek follows what used to be an important and ancient trade route to Tibet, leading to high alpine pasturelands, passing through regions of diverse flora and fauna  and  some of the most impressive  landscape of Bhutan.

Day 01: Arrive Paro (by Druk Air), transfer to Thimphu


Day 02: Thimphu - Trongsa


Day 03: Trongsa - Bumthang


Day 04: Bumthang - Khakthang (start trek)


Day 05: Khakthang - Gophu


Day 06: Gophu - Tsampa - Tsawu


Day 07: Tsawu - Bamurpa


Day 08: Bamurpa (Gangkar Puensum base camp)


Day 09:Bamurpa - Tsampa


Day 10: Tsampa Wogma - Patso


Day 11: Patso – Solang Chu


Day 12: Solang Chu - Lambrong


Day 13: Lambrong - Lungsum


Day 14: Lungsum – Dur (finish trek), Bumthang
