Journey to the East, A Rare Experience
Bhutanese Thanka
Only handful of tourists make it to far eastern side of Bhutan, hence to see either or both of the festivals, in Mongar and Tashigang, is undeniably a rare experience.

Please note, if you are able to visit during the winter, there are two other festivals that take place near Tashigang, that are absolutely unique, Chorten Kora, Feb 21 - Mar 7, 2008 and Gom Kora, Mar 14 - 16, 2008 !! Email us for more.
